Warranty
All manufacturers offer at least a one-year warranty against defects and workmanship. JumpAndGo.com will handle all warranty issues for the first 30 days from date of purchase. After this period, warranty issues must be handled through the manufacturer. If you receive a defective product please call and we will provide an RMA or manufacturers contact information.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified by phone or by email
before your product(s) are shipped which would usually be 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that once an order is set to ship, we cannot reverse payments until item is returned. For all other cancellation requests, please refer to the return policy above.
